A sincere intention can be a gift from God, but the stirring is not the finished obedience. Grace awakens willingness and also supplies strength for the doing.
Do not keep congratulating yourself for what you plan to become. Translate intention into a date, a boundary, a completed task, an apology, or a changed routine. Good intentions need a body before they can serve anyone.
God works in me to will and to act. My good intentions are becoming visible, practical obedience.
