Scripture"God heard the voice of the lad" (Genesis 21:17) | "It is He who gives you power to get wealth" (Deuteronomy 8:18)
When Hagar wept in the wilderness, heaven did not answer her tears. It answered the purpose carried in the child beside her. God responds to the pursuit of purpose, not to complaint. And notice: God does not promise to hand you cash. He gives you the power to get wealth. That is capacity, not a handout.

I position myself in my purpose, and I trust God to release provision where I am planted.
