Your problem can reveal the edge of your present strength, but it must not become the ruler by which you measure your life. Your calling carries the truer measurement. It shows you why your thinking, discipline, skill, and capacity must keep expanding.
Let the call stretch you without shaming you. You are not growing to impress people; you are growing so you can carry what obedience requires. Press toward the mark. The discomfort of enlargement is not proof that you chose the wrong road.
I will let God's calling set the measure of my growth. I am stretching toward the life and work He has placed before me.
