ScripturePsalm 32:5 — Confession brings hidden wrongdoing into the open before God.

You cannot leave a trap you insist on calling normal. Name it: the offence you rehearse, the approval you chase, the blame you protect, the fear you obey, or the relationship that keeps feeding a smaller version of you.

Recognition is not condemnation; it is the first refusal. Once the trap has a truthful name, you can stop decorating it and begin walking out through confession, counsel, boundaries, and changed practice.

Declaration

I name every trap truthfully and refuse its authority. God is leading me into honest, practical freedom.
