Scripture1 Peter 5:6 — Humble yourself under God's mighty hand and trust Him to lift you in due time.

After failure, refusing to rise can sound humble: 'I am no longer worthy. I should stay out of the way.' But if your conclusion makes your collapse stronger than grace, pride has borrowed the clothing of humility.

True humility owns the wrong, receives correction, makes repair, accepts help, and rises when God says rise. You do not honour God by rejecting the hand He extends. Bow low enough to be restored.

Declaration

I humble myself under God's hand. I will own what is mine, receive His grace, make repair, and rise in His time.
