Discovering the lie can feel like a breakthrough: 'Now I know why I do this.' But explanation is not transformation. A named pattern can still govern tomorrow if truth never enters behaviour.
Choose one practice that agrees with what God has shown you. Change the conversation, the schedule, the boundary, the spending, or the response. Seeing the lie opens the door; repeated truth teaches your life to walk out.
Declaration
I will not stop at recognising the lie. I practise the truth until my choices agree with what God has revealed.
