Scripture1 Corinthians 13:5 — Love does not keep an account of wrongs.

The private ledger records every call you made, every sacrifice they ignored, and every kindness that was never repaid. It feels like evidence, but the longer you hold it, the more your present obedience becomes chained to an old demand for reimbursement.

Christ released you from a debt you could never repay; His mercy teaches your heart how to put down its ledger too. This does not mean accepting exploitation or abandoning boundaries. It means refusing to let unpaid emotional invoices decide whether you can love or move forward freely today.

Declaration

I put down the ledger. Christ has freed me to keep wise boundaries, release the demand for repayment, and let love remain free.
