You have become skilled at sounding well while something inside you is asking for help. The smile, title, church attendance, and polished answer may protect other people's comfort, but they cannot heal what you refuse to name.
Pour out your heart before God. Tell the truth in a safe place. Need is not failure, and honesty is not unbelief. The moment you stop performing wellness, you make room for real comfort, wise help, and movement.
I release the need to appear fine. I pour out my heart before God and receive the refuge, truth, and help I need.
