- your WhatsApp number and messages when you choose to contact us on WhatsApp;
- prayer requests, enquiries, and messages you submit;

3. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, subscribe to a journey, contact us, send a WhatsApp message, submit a prayer request, or become a partner. We may also collect limited technical and usage information through cookies, Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and advertising measurement technologies.
4. Why we use your information
We may use personal information to:
- deliver a devotional journey or resource you requested;
- send ministry emails where you have consented;
- communicate through WhatsApp only where you choose that channel or initiate the conversation;
- respond to prayer requests and ministry enquiries;
- administer and acknowledge partnership or support;
- protect the website, prevent spam, and maintain security;
- understand website use and measure whether ministry or advertising campaigns are effective; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Email and WhatsApp consent
We send direct electronic communications based on your consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law. Email and WhatsApp are treated as separate choices. You can unsubscribe from email using the link in an email and can opt out of WhatsApp messages by replying “STOP” or asking us not to contact you through that channel.
