More influence does not only need a gifted person; it needs a trustworthy one. Opportunity looks for evidence: promises kept, money handled honestly, work finished, correction received, and people treated well when no applause is available.
Do not wait for the large assignment to become responsible. Let today's small stewardship tell the truth about the person you are becoming. God can increase what will not be carelessly buried, consumed, or abused.

I am becoming trustworthy with little and with much. My daily faithfulness is preparing me to carry greater responsibility.
