Esau wept before his father, believing every blessing had already gone to someone else. But hidden inside his father's words was a promise most readers miss entirely: the yoke would not break when Esau fasted harder or prayed a better prayer. It would break when he became restless.
That low, agitated dissatisfaction you feel with where your life has stalled. Do not despise it. It may be the most spiritual thing happening to you right now. The yoke comes off because you grew until your neck was too big for it.
My restlessness is not a flaw. It is the sound of growth pressing against a limit that no longer fits me.
