A limiting belief rarely introduces itself as a lie. It sounds sensible: 'People like us do not do that.' 'Be realistic.' 'Wait until everything is secure.' Repeated often enough, ordinary speech can become an invisible fence.
Listen to what you keep saying when opportunity appears. Test the sentence against Scripture, fruit, and truth. Prudence is not fear with respectable vocabulary. God may be exposing a belief that has been making decisions without your permission.
Declaration
I listen carefully to the words governing my choices. Every hidden belief must answer to the truth of God.
