ScripturePsalm 147:3 — God heals the brokenhearted and binds their wounds.
You are asking for more influence, responsibility, and visibility. Before the door widens, ask what must heal so the larger room does not enlarge an old wound.
Unhealed rejection can make leadership hungry for praise. Untreated betrayal can make authority controlling. Exhaustion can turn service into resentment. Let God bind the wound while discipline and relationship mature around the call.
Declaration
I welcome healing before increase. My wounds, habits, and relationships are becoming healthy enough to carry more.
