The parable of the talents is not fundamentally about financial accumulation. It is about self-application. The servant who buried his talent was punished not for having little, but for doing nothing with what he had. Your reward is according to your work, not your accumulation.
You are the salt of the earth. Your presence changes the room the moment you apply yourself. Money is spent, but vision and potential multiply.
I will not bury what has been entrusted to me. I apply myself to my work, and I trust my reward to follow.
