Fear says, 'If you speak before you are flawless, people will discover your weakness.' But silence can bury the very word, idea, or gift God intended you to develop in motion. A flame grows when it is tended, not admired from a distance.
Prepare carefully. Speak honestly. Listen to correction. Improve what needs work and return again. Courage is not pretending you have nothing to learn; it is refusing to let learning become an excuse for permanent hiding.
God has given me power, love, and a sound mind. I will prepare, speak, learn, and keep growing.
