A limitation is not a curse. It is a system: a size-three shoe designed for a size-three foot. There is nothing demonic about it; it was simply designed for who you used to be. The pain you feel today is not always spiritual attack. Sometimes it is simply the proof that you have outgrown the space you are still trying to squeeze into.
You do not defeat a limitation by fasting harder against it or binding it louder. You defeat it the way you defeated every shoe you ever outgrew: by growing until it no longer fits.
I do not break my limitations by force. I outgrow them by increase. I am growing, right now, beyond every size that used to fit me.
